How patient are you with people when you give them a choice, or ask them to do something out of their comfort zone?
I'm bad for asking people to give me time to process what they're saying or asking; which sometimes causes me to make rash decisions.
Some people have been impatient and put pressure on me to make a decision, and I go with the safest one.

"I really hate it when someone messages with ??? or well? after I've not responded quick enough.
"
That's pushy in my book and I'd take an instant dislike to them. |

My long term partner uses the? and well? He's impatient and doesn't like waiting.
I'm a forgive easily forget quickly person where he's concerned but it does stress me sometimes.

Just recently a family situation meant absolute reserve. I don't know how one member was able to sit on knives drawn and instead put it to those after after a few days instead of ringing necks there and then. If they'd have gone with my initial call of sort it out, details would have been missed and graves wouldn't have been dug. Patience is a virtue, though so too is scope. |

He sounds selfish. Not worth the stress.
Maybe tell him you need to decide/ sort things.
Depends on what the question is.
If he's asking if he can come round for a fuck I just wouldn't reply. |

I need my processing time.
I'm quite good at letting the people I care about know that I'm going to need time, and usually give a rough qestomatw of when I think I'll have an answer by.
Strangers getting pushy for an instant response just cause me to shut them down. I know what happens if I let the impulsive side take over, and I don't like those results. If I'm going to fuck up I'd rather do it with the knowledge that I weighed up the options and consequences beforehand and made as informed a decision as I could. Whether it was right or wrong in the end at least I can know it was my own choices that brought me there |

Wow. I really butchered the word estimate in half asleep glory there.

Some grammatical faux pas' are quite endearing. x²"
Néro if you could see how absurdly adorable I look in my raccoon oodie there would be zero question of how endearing I can be |

Well, I've seen it: and yes I can wholeheartedly concur that you look unabsurdly (sic) adorable, and somewhat sultry in your fleece caprice! It's almost like seeing you in civvies! |

No, it's not that. He's not selfish where sex is concerned.

This is a personal pet hate of mine & is enough to end a conversation on my end. |

Depends on the situation - pushy over sex equates to a resounding rejection.
However, folk taking an hour to decide what they want from the menu or 3 days to decide if they're up for going out at the weekend need a good slap! |

Oh, maybe I misunderstood the question. The problem is with procrastinators, they deliberate when they should satisfice and consult when they should deliberate. They lack courage. This is different to slow processors , I have both in my team, slow processes are invaluable and make some of the best decisions, much better than mine, procrastinators, drive me, insane. |
