Wherever I lay my hat

Love them. Driving from London to Spain or Italy. Tent and everything I need in the boot. Belting out the banging choons. Roll on 2024!

Paradise, Herts

Yep. I’ve lived in a few places so have friends all over. Devon is the furthest and worst journey! I’m up north quite often

Most of my friends live nowhere near me. I would think nothing of driving 8 hours or so for a great weekend with them. Yet anyone over 50 miles for a meet just seems too much.

Do you have any places you would recommend, I was checking out some camp sites online and most of them are paid for. I am getting a car soon and I am looking to explore UK when I can

LMAOOO. Interesting. Apparently, Scotland is the only part of the UK where wil camping in private lands is legal.

PS: I just looked at your profile, you do look terrifying in a really cute way.

I usually stay in hotels. Good rates if you book on advance.

If you want to explore the south I quite like the north Kent coast and it's towns.

South coast could to a road trip with multiple stops.

And Norfolk is great as well...

I generally just explore. Some good local hints via Google but depends all what you are after.

Near Abercynon

Absolutely love it, but love it even more when on motorbikes rather than the car... but either option is great.

What we've done a few times is buy tickets to a band we like somewhere in Europe and make our way there with no route or accommodation booked. This year we rode a couple of bikes to Frankfurt to see Gun's n Roses and had a great time.
