The time of year where we sit on the sofa with a glass of our favourite and chill with our favourite Christmas films. But out of all the classics there's usually one of the big ones you've not watched. You know when you say oh I've not seen that one you get "You've never seen it! What's wrong with you!

I get this reaction with It's A Wonderful Life and Love Actually so what Christmas movies have you not watched that people are surprised by?

Is love actually a Christmas movie?

I mean, I'm not into either genre as a whole to be fair.

I've never watched elf all the way through. My sister always puts it on at some point on Christmas day, but thr bits of it I've caught haven't made me want to see any more, I just go drink in the other room.

I've not seen many classic Christmas films. Many seem a bit too schmaltzy

Love Actually. I mean it’s been on in the background but I’ve never sat down and watched it properly.

I work with a woman who claims to have never seen any version of A Christmas Carol.

Despite the story being recycled and rehashed all the time.

Thats the only one you have to! Wonderfully faithful to Dickens with accurate lines. Just overlook most of the cast being muppets

Don't bother. It's about 3 minutes of a good film packed into 2 hours.

It's my favourite adaptation. It works so well because Michael Caine plays it absolutely straight, amongst all the insane Muppets.

I’ve never watched Elf. I find Will Ferrell really fucking annoying, so I’m not going to put myself through that.

He seems to enjoy doing Christmas films. Daddy's Home 2 and Spirited. Both of which I haven't seen.

I have never watched It’s a Wonderful Life from start to finish.

I always seem to catch the part where he’s walking down a road, it’s snowy. He looks cold.

Then I turn over.

Pretty much every ‘traditional’ Christmas movie.

The only exceptions being Home Alone and Gremlins.

It is truly awful. I highly recommend.

"Star wars coffee" posted it on you tube about 2 years ago.

If you want the link let me know.

Thanks for the offer, but I’m not really interested in ‘so bad it’s good’ kinda stuff. Life’s too short.

I don’t have any plans to watch it. I stick with Elf, Home Alone and Die Hard.
