I know when they're flirting with me, but my problem is that it goes on so much on here, I don't know whether they're just being playful or are genuinely into me  |

We don't flirt, if we like people we message then directly, people can see all our meets and if we do say hello it's as close to "come and get me" as you will get."
A partial reference. Wondered if anyone would spot it |

I've always been useless at reading the signs.
Someone I used to work with had apparently neen flirting with me for months, possibly a couple of years even. She eventually asked me round to her house on the premise of doing some work for her and laid her cards on the table. Spent quite a lot of time at her house after that 
Sadly she's moved away now so I'm back to square one and have no idea if anyone is currently flirting me. |

I think there's flirting and then there's flirting.
If someone flirts with you, but you're not really into them, you have to manage it delicately so they don't feel (too) silly.
Then there's flirts that are just bantz. They have a lot of Forum mileage.
Then there's flirtz that are traps. Some other game at work (the list is endless...coz humans....we're odd).
Plenty of other types of flirts too.
The ones I pay most attention to (on the Forum - direct messaging on profiles from general site is different) are those where you get the sense they're asking their friend to do a bit of the work. Not that different to being out socially and the old "my friend quite likes you" thing.
So yes I think I recognise them, know where they "fall", and also know (mostly) how to proceed.

Flirting with yes but it doesn't mean they're actually flirting flirting with you.
I'm going to agree with Joe (I think it was him, those festive name changes are confusing). I just see it as people passing time and being a bit flirty with no real intent when it comes to me. |

I actually probably and wrongly think with speculation I miss lots. I answer in so many threads. I’m sure I might of missed someone flirting with me.
But I do flirt with people a think are super attractive, there’s a LOT of pretty women in here.
But it’s just flirting, isn’t it? |
