I'm Cooking pork steaks that been marinaded in honey n mixed spice with mixed veg n roast potatoes

Trying a recipe from yesterdays Saturday Kitchen, but doing it with chicken instead of lamb.

Sliced onions, sliced potatoes in a roasting dish, with a bit of meat stock, on the bottom of the oven.

Place meat on the oven rack directly above it, so that the meat juices drip into the roasting tray below it.

Kate will "herb" it up a bit, but generally that's all there is to it

Forgot this bit

For the final 10 minutes of cooking, she'll add some sage, onion and sausage stuffing to the potatoes and onion
