Depends who.
There were 3 of us that would horse around like that discreetly and consensually. They’d just get a giggle from me and probably mild retaliation later.
Anyone else would have got laughed at, shouted at, pushed over or invited to disciplinary depending on the circumstances.

Firmly but politely ask then not to do that again before telling them why I don't want them too. They'd get a lecture in professionalism in the workplace along with code of conduct policy, harassment along with a run down of their job description....

I actually had this happen once.
I reported a man because he was touching me inappropriately. And then a woman who worked with us found out I reported him and came up to me and slapped and pinched my bum and said why is it not a problem if she does it but it is a problem when a man does it?
She also got reported. |
