So I have my own way to keep my Christmas bird all moist and juicy but just out of curiosity dose anyone out there have any tips they would like to share for what they feel is the perfect way

And I’m not judging anyone just curious and wondering if I can up my game but using others tips and tricks rather that what I was shown by family

Put some water & onions & garlic & herbs in base of roasting tin....(onions, garlic & herbs add great flavour when basting)

If your cooking in an oven with no rotisserie. Have da bird, breast downwards. So that the juices drain into the breasts. Ooh err.
