I was waiting on an Amazon delivery earlier today, containing a few small (and may I re-emphasise the fact that the said items were dimensionally VERY SMALL) Christmas presents.
Imagine my surprise then, when upon answering my door, the delivery chap stood before me with what looked at first sight like a coffin(!!!)
Upon subsequently opening said gargantuan box, I found that approximately 90% of it was filled with scrunched up, packing paper.
In relation to the above; Good folks: Pray do share all your heartwarming, excessive packaging tales here |

I had the same. Except the item I bought took up about 5% of the box, the rest was paper packaging. One of my cats got in the box and used it as a bed ... |
