I don't believe in a singular soul mate, not in a romanticised, Hollywood version.
I do think that everyone will have a few people who they naturally are drawn to and click with on some deeper level but even then it can be platonic.
I think you can find your person/people anywhere. I'm not sure why Fab would be any different. |

Soulmates were bullshit in my eyes until I met the mrs. I find it rather strange how compatible we are.
We’re so compatible that apart we are useless, but together we make one whole fully functioning human.

I think you can find your soulmate anywhere.
For me, personally, spending every moment with someone, soulmate or not, would not be healthy, independence within a strong relationship is where it’s at for me. |

I don't believe in soulmates, it's a crock of shit.
It's just someone that's slightly less annoying than everyone else and you both can't be arsed looking elsewhere so you settle. |

Prove me wrong. Of all the people in the world, if soulmates did exist, the chances of you ever meeting them are pretty bloody slim.
People are designed to want to find the one and settle down, so they make the one they meet into their 'soulmate'. |

I've done the math.
8.1 billion people on earth.
24,642,757 square miles of habitable land.
Your 1 in a million soulmate could be hiding anywhere in 3042.31567901 square miles.
UK has 94000 square miles.
There's about 31 soulmates here.

Basically you'd need to meet 2 million people to find that elusive soulmate.
I could never admit you're right, so I'll say you're not wrong. |

I couldn’t spend every minute with them, no. They’d get on my tits (probably).
My ideal relationship these days would be them having their place, me having mine, and we see each other when we can.
As long as the love is there, the loyalty is there, the lust for each other is there, then a bit of space is healthy. They do their thing, I do mine and we look forward to seeing each other.
That said, I couldn’t do different Countries kind of space. I’d like to see someone more than once a year!!

I believe in this I guess because it’s happened to me twice in my life ! When you meet someone who makes you stop wanting others. It’s faith like, hard to imagine, until it happens.
Spending every waking waking minute with them? Fuck no ! That would just be suffocating |

There are 67 million people in the UK - so for your 1 in a million soulmate you actually have 67 options here.
And to answer OPs question : I think spending every second of your life with someone is unhealthy.

"If I met my soul mate I would be happy to settle, that type of love doesn't come along every day. Am I looking though?, I am not "
Isn’t that the thing though they are so game changing because you never even looked for it., you didn’t want or need it. I was 23 and the last thing I wanted was a girlfriend/partner ! I’d 4 or 5 regular partners , loved being single and had everything I needed… or so I thought ! |

I agree. Whether you're looking for it or not, if it comes along I imagine it's like nothing else out there. I've been in love twice, nothing lasts too long with me though so neither of those relationships lasted any great length of time and before long tracks had appeared. But a soul mate, someone meant for you and vice versa, someone you know that wether you be disagreeing or not you will always get through and be stronger together, that type of thing would be hard to turn your nose up to.
I'm envious of those who have that, but at the same time I am content living my life for me and at my own pace. Who knows what the future will bring though |

I don't think there is one soul mate for everyone. The soul has many facets, as does the rest of a person. So there are many who can be a mate to your soul.
There are very few people who find that one person is enough for every facet of their soul through all of the changes they go through during their life, and therefore any two people who stick with each other through everything without anyone else involved (including friends, animals, anyone else) are likely not fulfilling their whole selves.
A soul mate doesn't have to be a lover, or a romantic partner. They can be a friend. Someone with whom that part of your soul bonds with.
Anyone looking for someone they can spend all their time with, forever, is likely to be disappointed.
I feel lucky to have had three soul mates thus far in my life. Two are no longer with us, one is. And not all of them have been romantic partners. |

OK I'll re phrase every possible second that we are free do so .the practicality of lives don't allow .and your own space is important .but at the moment I want as many seconds that I can.
