Yip apps are wonderful for it
You can set a automated messag that looks like a real messag and put them on a timer
And can have pre set messag all typed up
Pop off to the toilets and set the timer for say 5 minutes after returning
First message comes though hi son are you free your dads fallown down the stairs can you come over and run him to hospital
You text the app back be there as soon as witch starts the next timer for the next message
Set it for like a minute or two after so it doesn’t look to suspicious message comes though ok son see you soon
Look I got to go that was my mum dads fallowing down the stairs
