Bisexual people have different opinions about who's bi, and who's just a kinky straight.

Straight people have different opinions about who's bi or gay.

Some things considered bi/gay, even though don't involve anyone from the same sex.

For some people even your choice of music reflects you sexual orientation.

Detailed opinions please.

It’s an attraction to both men and women, can be romantic or sexual.

However it’s also down to that person to know how strong that attraction is, for them to decide if their sexuality can be defined as bisexual.

For me the main difference is in romantic attraction as someone mentioned above. I would not date a woman, so I don't claim bisexuality.

depends on the situation and also depends what they want

If it was vinnila date site then probably just normal me but I not been on vinnal date sites for years

As for here well that depends on what they want

If they want natalie or normal me or hybrid me I not apposed to any off them

I am on fab as my true self

See that’s what makes my dynamic so good

I can look for woman if I get no takers then I can bonce around on a couple off guys till one comes along and peaks my interest

Bi sexual is attraction to both men and women, I'm not sure how else it can be interpreted?

Of course there's other labels hetro flexible, pan sexual, demi sexual, but bisexual is bisexual.

Attraction to both men and women that's more than just an openness or curiosity about it, and is more than just a willingness to engage for spectacle (hetero-flexible in the vein of "I Kissed A Girl")

I think of myself as pansexual, because I genuinely don't care what the contents of someone's pants are as long as I find that person interesting.

Obviously I have an intense fondness for certain things that require a penis, and I doubt I'd enter a monogamous relationship with someone who didn't have one and exclude myself from that joy. But then I doubt I'd enter a monogamous relationship with anyone at all. And when I'm with people who don't have a cock I am much more interested in what there is than what there isn't for that time

"Bi sexual is attraction to both men and women, I'm not sure how else it can be interpreted?"

The word 'attraction' it's a bit loosely defined there. I'm attracted to both men and women when it comes to sex. But as a friend or life partner, it's women every time.

I class bisexual as meaning that I enjoy sex with either men or women. If you're taking about hugging and kissing, that's biromantic, which is a very different thing.

For me it’s about relationships and dating.

I can appreciate a hot woman, I’ll play with them when men like it… wouldn’t ever date one or play with them alone. Just see it as bejnf sexually adventurous maybe.

I class myself as bi as I like to play with a cock or two, but my preference is always with a lady. Given the choice of pussy or cock, pussy wins every time. But I love threesomes.

To me bisexual means you like and play with both men and women.

I see bi curious as you thinking about it or still deciding it you like it.

You can just be sexually bi, I've seen many say they're not bisexual as they wouldn't date the same sex. It seems to be very subjective though, some don't think they are bi, if they don't fancy the same sex.

Many of the openly homophobes are kind of giving the vibe of an ashamed bi/bi curious guy.

Why would you be obsessed with figuring out who's gay/bi or straight?

To be honest many people especially men do get fed up with regular threads stating most men are bi or people can't be fully straight.

There's been a few this week alone, they get frustrated expressing time and time again that they are straight and they shouldn't have to.

As a straight woman it's important to know the way people want to play, because there are those who claim they're straight then push for same sex play.

It's all about respect and appreciating some people are bi and that's fine and some are actually straight, not fab straight or afraid.

Very this.

I wouldn't try and initiate with a woman who said she was straight any more than I would with a man who says he's gay.

I know people who love cock, don't mind cock, or have absolutely no interest in directly interacting with a penis (other than their own where relevant) and I would never push the latter group into a situation where such a thing was expected.

It is a spectrum. But some people are firmly at one end or the other, and telling them they don't exist is pretty fucking phobic behaviour

Not necessarily on Fab.

Here obviously it's kind of good to know whether the other is bi or straight.

To me Bi, or Bisexual mean exactly the same. Equally attracted to and will have sex with both male or female. But of course one may have a preference for either gender. What I don't get is the amount of guys that message me (thank you love it) for a meet that have "straight" on their profile! I have in the past had amazing fun with guys that claim they are "straight"! I can only assume they prefer females, but like cock now and then.

Imo the only people who can define bi is a bi person and what it means to them. I like meat but occasionally eat stuff without it, they doesn’t make me fractionally vegetarian. What does come across quite loudly (on here) is that bi people tend to prefer the opposite gender, and the same sex bit is fractional or convenience.

Same with me. I could never have a relationship with a woman. I’m still bisexual though.

In answer to the question, bisexual means sex acts with both men and women. Not sure how it can mean anything else.

My opinion for what it’s worth. If you are bi sexual, you currently fancy in some way or other or are already having sex with both sexes. And you’ll probably continue that way.

I find the focus on labels curious. That said, to answer the Q.

Personally, I see myself as bisexual because it best explains the fact that I enjoy sex with both men and women, and I would date either. If I was only allowed to choose one sex to play with for the rest of my life it would be men, but that doesn’t mean I wouldn’t miss women or that I’m not ‘proper’ bi.

Im also attracted to both masculine men or more girly males (incl CDs and TVs) or to very feminine or more butch girls - I guess it makes me a pansexual or saposexual but I just relate more to that term bi, and I feel that’s my tribe.

I think women are generally more comfortable labeling themselves as bi. I have guy friends who have had sex with men and still see themselves as hetro / bi curious / hetexible because they wouldn’t date a man, or guys who has over ever fancied a TV/TS and label themselves bi.

So totally personal choice not black and white I think!!

"My opinion for what it’s worth. If you are bi sexual, you currently fancy in some way or other or are already having sex with both sexes. And you’ll probably continue that way.

Curious is a different thing altogether.

From what I see on here most bisexual guys don’t actually have an attraction to other guys. Which is where I get confused af

There you go, loads are so different in our attraction. Like I said, that’s how I would see it, and I’m straight. So maybe that’s a straight guys point of view. ?? "

I’ve managed to get this far without having a pov on it at all. I’ve only started to wonder since joining fab.

"Bisexual if I really had to label myself lol..I’m sexually attracted to both male and female.

I’m bisexual with sex only not relationships mind u.. I couldn’t see myself in a relationship with a woman, I need a man there but sex wise I love a woman’s touch and taste.

I got told on here last week I’m only playing bi to please the hubby lol..that made me laugh.

Mrs L xx

I’m the same, bisexual and heteroromantic."

I think that describes my feelings too, but from the male side of course. I love bi sex, both with males only and mmf's but I've never felt a romantic attraction to a man whilst I've fallen in love with quite a few women, and if I had to choose only one sex to meet for the rest of my active life, it would be female.

For us it is an attraction to both men and woman. We would add that like straight attraction it depends on the person.

So whilst the Mrs can be attracted to a woman it is not all woman which is why we have bi curious on our profile.

Some couples assume that bisexual means there will always be female play on meets and that is not always the case.

"I think bi sexual mean you are able to create relationship with both male and female"

Nope not at all. Bi means you enjoy sex with both sexes. I have never fallen in love with another guy and never will as that part is not in me. But as the spectrum is wide it Its not a one size fits all either.

***

I don't suck, but I receive anal.

Literally the only thing I do considered bi.

I've been with one guy only and didn't touch anything.

Most of the action happened behind me.

I'd prefer pegging, but hey...

He was handsome, muscular and hung (BBC), but could have been average Joe.

I was just curious about it comparing to toys.

I would do it again in a bi couple scenario, but unlikely with a single man.

I don't do oral or top man, so it's not gay/bi enough for bi guys/most bi couples.

I can take anal occasionally, so it's it's too gay/bi for straight women/couples.

If I change my profile to straight, then it's misleading apparently.

Even bi couples would need to take the lead to turn me on that way, plus it would be planned that way for obvious reasons.

It's not like I see a penis and I feel the urge to sit on it.

being bisexual doesn’t mean you will jump on any cock you see either…

As the poster said above, there still has to be an attraction, being bi does not automatically make you fuck with anyone…

However it’s also down to that person to know how strong that attraction is, for them to decide if their sexuality can be defined as bisexual. "

Bi sexual for me since I came out is the openness to talk with my husband about women and think about doing things with them

Like him, often looking and either agreeing that she’s hot or not

I wouldn’t trade my man but I do appreciate the sex appeal a woman carry’s, a sexy woman makes me twitch as much as my man does sexually

Straight people have different opinions about who's bi or gay.

I can hear sometimes girls talking at work.

"I don't know where to put his sexuality."

Bi/gay guys call me weird or block me when I say "no oral either way and don't top men".

Straight women/couples think I'm bi or secretly gay, and spreading STD.

Most bi couples want a bi guy who either does oral, or a bi top.
