My mind will often wander when I'm in the car, it doing housework, or when I'm on my lunch break at work. I think about allsorts of random stuff, sometimes everyday normal stuff right through to very weird!
No one can be too busy to think as your brain never stops thinking. |

As those who know me know that I contemplate, muse, consider, think, think, think and the pinball in my head is pinging from one place to another faster and faster in my brain fairly often. Especially if there is something on my mind. It's trying to get me out of it that is the problem.
Daydream.....I don't have time for that now, I always seem to be doing something. I need to just sit and do nothing, stop doing stuff, put the phone down, switch off and unplug. Then the daydreaming will start  |
