Rubber, I'm allergic to stainless steel and metal ones tend to be made out of that.

Rubber just feels better too.

If out and about metal or glass just feels safer that it isn’t going to slip out

If around the house or hotel or something rubber metal and glass ones can get uncomfortable to sit in no bend in them
