My favourite one to make this year has been a sort of apple, sage and spelt cake. Kinda rustic.

Lemon drizzle, with lemon and caster sugar soaking through and then lemon icing sugar drizzled over the top.

Apple and spices cake, I've kind of made up my recipe. It's gorgeous warmed with double cream
