Spaghetti if served with crumbled fennel sausage and chicory only.

Farfalle if served with salmon, fresh garlic and double cream.

Fusilli if served in a mushroom ragu.

Gnocchi with spinach in a creamy sauce with double cream and ham.

Penne is probably my favourite. I bought spinach gnocchi once for my meal prep without fully knowing what it was and wondered why I felt terrible after eating it

Varies, atm pappardelle for ragu type sauces or spirali for everything else.

I'm put off by farafelle. A guy who was really quite unpleasant once told me he wanted to "eat bow pasta out of your fanny". Shame bc I used to quite like that shape.
