You are right, one or two things will deginately add on. As for cheese, I am not kern on tje fruity ones people get. It will be a selection of my usual:Stilton, Brie, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Cheddar, manchego, kefalotyri, gruyere, emental and gouda

Of course you can. Not big on lager these days unless on a hot summer day. Whiskey is not my thing as I go for a nice brandy/cognac instead. Thanks for the suggestion.
