I've never tried a silicone one, I have a few different metal ones though. I wouldn't say I'm a huge fan, but they're nice now and again, more for the feel than anything. The weight of a heavy metal ring can be quite nice when I'm walking around naked, it makes you much more aware of that part of your body.
On the other hand, I do find that with metal ones, if I wear a small enough one to stay on when I'm not erect (especially if it's a bit cool!) then it's much too tight when I'm hard. If I wear a larger diameter one that's just slightly (pleasurably) tight when I'm hard, it'll slide off easily just from the motion of walking around when I'm not erect. |
