"I've just looked them up. So there like a shell with all different fillings. Pretty sure you can't get something like that round here"
I’m certain one is closer than you ever imagined. Look up the pink kind. No shells. No fillings unless you’d like it stuffed or filled. |

"I've never had Tacos.
Never? Not even pink ones?
"
I was starting to wonder if I am alone on an island there for a moment. You have put to rest my worries. |

Enchiladas, quesadillas, tacos, burritos, fajitas - take your pick. Small differences but all good if you like mexican food.
An enchilada is a soft corn tortilla wrapped around a filling
A quesadilla is a tortilla that’s covered with cheese and other tasty toppings, folded in half, then fried or grilled to a nice, golden colour.
Tacos are small, soft or crunchy tortillas folded and stuffed with your choice of filling.
A burrito is a large flour tortilla that’s packed with refried beans, a meat or veggie filling, and salsa, tightly wrapped into a tube and served hot.
A fajita is a soft wrap filled with strips of sizzling meat, sliced peppers and onions, accompanied with cheese and toppings like salsa, guacamole or sour cream.

Enchiladas are covered in a sauce -traditional red or Green but could also be white (like a bechamel), topped with grated cheese and baked.
There’s also flat tax, deep fried tacos usually corn with meat.
There’s also gorditas, wipes, tostadas, and so many more “taco” types. |

I had vegan tacos recently and they weren't as terrible as you'd think
I think you can get a decent combination of classic ingredients with any kind of meat and it'll taste pretty good |

They have to be tacos al pastor. I’ll gladly eat tacos de carne asada in Sonora, but sadly it’s too out of the way for me.
The first thing I did after I landed in Mexico City last Monday was have tacos al pastor. Tomorrow I will go to El Pastor in London for more.
