I quite like cooking jacket spuds, plenty of grated cheese and posh butter, side servings are either a thick piece of salmon, or fried kidneys. I'm now learning how to cook the kidneys in my air fryer ![](/icons/s/2/cute.gif) |

Hmm.....I haven't worked out which one is yet. I make a killer potato dauphinois. My Pavlova is 'the best' a meringue aficionado has had....one of those two, I suppose. Simple dishes but the most requested by my guinea pig diners. ![](/icons/s/mrgreen.gif) |

'Posh butter'. A good butter does make a huge difference, I must admit. |

Good lord.
Now he started torturing you all with constant food talk; it was just me so far being sent stylised photos of a his latest culinary conquests.
This is a slippery slope to Him starting an Instagram account now. For God's sake... stop feeding his ego and encouraging, people.

Looking at my 3 kids, I think I nailed it as a dad. Helped by my amazing wife Sasha, who is, if not as good a parent as me, is a better parent.
I'm also a much praised cook. My current favorite recipe if anyone wants it is Tuscan Chicken which was posted on youtube by Kitchen Sanctuary. I serve it with tagliatelle, but can also be served with mash. |

Only took me like 2 years or so of rigirous self study, but now I am finally starting to see satisfying amounts of money for my freelance IT career. To think of that I didn't even had a laptop 3 years ago....... |

Thank you for sharing. I've really enjoyed reading these posts.
It isn't being boastful or arrogant in acknowledging what you feel you excel in or are blessed with.
To those who feel they couldn't share or couldn't think of something about themselves worthy of praise, don't think beyond your 'self'. It's what you feel you do well and not how you think others see it. Give yourself a pat on your back for it.

I have been told I am very good at making people feel comfortable when I meet them.
I do love chatting to people and learning what motivates them, what makes them happy etc.
