It’s costs an arm and a leg in Boots as they’re relying on you being all nervous and embarrassed; they’ll treat you kindly and fleece you for a Kings ransom!
Chinese herbs; whatever! 
There’s several on line pharmacies, totally legit.
It’s circa £1 for high does tabs (you can split in half), the more you buy the cheaper they are.
