Living in France
I did try them a few years ago.
I can only describe them as bogeys wearing crash helmets swimming in a strong garlic pool which you can taste for 2 days afterwards.
But the frogs legs were really surprisingly fantastic . |

Not keen on them cooked with yoo much garlic to be honest. I prefer them in other ways I had them in Portugal, Spain and Greece. My favourite was a tomato rissoto I had. |

Damn now my dreams are going to change from eating a nice fatty steak to Escargots.
About 20 years ago you could get Escargots with a Dab of Garlic Butter to cook in the oven. I reckon I had those at least 4 times a week. Struggling to find them anywhere now. |
