Neighbourly I'm community spirited, nice to spread a bit of joy. I'm remembered by this as a majority of the residents are at that age when they are going to struggle. I don't like to see people struggling. Well I'm still in my prime |

In terms of the theft of land of indigenous peoples, the exploitation of vulnerable workers at home and abroad, my contribution to climate collapse - undoubtedly a phenomenal waste.
I hope I'm remembered as someone who tried to do good, even if I cannot be a net good as a citizen of a first world capitalist society. |

We both treat others kindly, with respect and put others before ourselves in many cases. Family and friends all can and have relied on us for various things and we feel happy about that. We support multiple charities and have rescued many many cats lol.
But we aren’t exactly Bill Gates, trying to eradicate polio or malaria.
Truth is, being a good person, a useful person… it’s all relative. But considering how many people live incredibly selfishly, treat their partners with distain and disrespect, violence etc, the bar seems quite low if we take a cross section of the average.
Ultimately, it’ll be for others to decide if we are or not. We don’t take where we don’t need to take, pay a lot of tax and maybe one day we will be seen as nice people to those who come after us. |

I was a carer from the age of 12, involved in community and voluntary work from 16 and a member of a SAR team in my late 40s and early 50s.
I won't be contributing anything more and plan on being a waste of space from now on. |

Useful .
Yeah to my friends and family and people I care about, definitely. That fills enough of my time. I’m friendly and polite to everyone else but that’s probably as far as usefulness goes outside the circle. |

...coming from someone who refuses to grind her own premium Grade ¹ coffee beans and gets a dear friend of mine to unwittingly do it for her. Tsk tsk! Go stand in the 'corner' of the Igloo. |

I'm not community minded at all and don't really offer any Value to the local community except I employ local people.
However in my work I consider myself very much in the community of what I do. I work in a sport which is also one I've completed in lots and offer people advice of how they can improve help them when they don't feel good

I am useful. I’m helpful. I’m kind. I care. My cat appreciates me.
I’ve survived 100% of my worst days and I’ve learned to appreciate even something small in the worst of days, like the blue sky, a birdsong, the clean air in the park. |
