suffer back pain as well .. find going for a run helps as it warms the muscle up and stretches it .. hope you feel better soon

I'm with ya brothers and sisters, had a week of agonising back pain two weeks ago, it's an unseen pain so only other sufferers can truly sympathise

Lol I feel for those in permanent pain and hope a week is all I ever get, I do get it 2/3 times a year as well

My back is aching from someone making me bend backwards for too long yesterday!!
