Broccoli out of my nose. Broccoli in colour, shape and texture 
Are you a frequent blower?
Do you blow so hard you make it red and sore?
Are you loud when you blow?
After a big blow do you feel better?
Do you have a technique for blowing? Stick something up to tickle then blow or just tissue, pinch blow pinch blow?

I constantly have a blocked nose that is very hard to clear. I can sniff a lot as if have a cold but can rarely do anything about it. And then every now and then I get bug sneezing fits. No idea of the cause. |
