A den in the Glen

People from Scandinavia suffer badly with it. They used to have high self-harm rates and it was attributed to SAD.

Vitamin D tablets. Get outside as much as you can whilst it’s daylight and good sleep pattern all help.

Whaley Bridge,Nr Buxton,

Daylight bulbs.They are much better for your eyes anyway,especially in a reading lamp/Anglepoise.
