Country music is what i listen to most of the time, i used to go ot with a guy that played the guitar and sang country songs and when we where at parties the guitar came out and everyone sang.
But all country songs have a story to them, mostly sad lol.
Punk i love as well (talk about opposites) and my favourite of todays music is lady ga ga, oh and i like motown as well |

i do love ska/two tone as i grew up listening to it but i love most music from the late 70s early 80s as there was so many different styles of music at the time electro pop,new romantics, punk etc.also like soft rock groups like fleetwood mac,elo ,eagles ,pink floyd, roxy etc and anything 60s .i think that covers it |

Being a mod from the age of 13 or so you'd think i'd love ska and two tone but i hate them. Reggae to, can't get on with it all at all. Love british beat, freakbeat, R&B, soul, boogaloo, dancefloor jazz etc, but just hate all that ska stuff, sorry. |

1982, me RD 200, mod Vespa. Drag race from one set of traffic lights to the next.
My brakes worked better than his. I saw him skid past me as I was sat at the lights.
As the scooter was on it's side at the time, I couldn't resist asking him how much it was going to cost to replace his mirrors |

I listen to a mixture of stuff but am not fanatical about anything I like Lydia Lunch, Nick Cave, Danielle Dax, Gogol Bordello, Native Hipsters. I'm pretty much stuck in a timewarp to be honest
I don't much like stuff that's really smoothly produced and 'big' I don't think it's shite, it doesn't grab me really.
I seem to get asked a lot.. "Do you just purposely buy the worst stuff you can find?" |

Ska has visited us several times now, but I still love the early stuff like toots etc.
That said, there's a band here in the west called The Communicators and they're writing new ska stuff and is absolutely brilliant. They've played WOMAD and Glasto. Ones to watch I reckon |
