My contract with BT is up for renewal, i will be changing to another provider as i rate BT as bad.. over priced and poor service. looking to go with Sky or Virgin.
How do you rate your provider ?
My current plan was after contacting at last renewal, promising it would be better over this last 24 months, 3 months in they went back to normal with poor speeds, several phone calls later nothing changes.. feel once they have your contract they don’t care..
