Being as Cap is in French France as the previous poster stated the French forum fits your needs op.
And to be completely bias anytime is a good time to visit France but for the Cap the season is not all year round.

^^^^^^^ this information is not accurate but Mr BF is not a lover of Cap.
For clarity there are 35 threads on the French forum and 7 are Cap related and 28 are French or nearby related but that is the place to gain information and on a whole the French forum are a friendly bunch.
