I have had a few troubles over the past few months as quite a few of you are aware. I have just had a phone call from a certain bank I used to bank with. 3rd phone call in a week I hasten to add. Phone call 1 I get accused of shouting at the woman on the other end of the phone while she talks to me in a patronising manor.
Phone call 2 very polite gentleman apologies for first phone call but is no more helpful than the first caller.
Phone call 3 well what can I say tripped him up caught him out and had him apologise on behalf of the bank for a complete lack of understanding. Even gave me £32 back in charges. Don't think I will ever bank with them again.  |

I have telephone and internet banking and have never been phoned. But hey, his bank may well be different. (personally, I would always phone them back). |

I do have with that bank but I will only deal with a branch from now on. I have told this bank if they continue to harass me I will not answer there calls or if they happen to catch me off guard will just let the call run for them to waste there money as I will no longer communicate with them  |

I dont use telephone banking just online and its only just recently ive trusted that their got going to steal or my money lol |

I love my bank at the minute"

Then if you owe them money I would say that they have every right to contact you in any way they can in order to retrieve some or all of that money....
Or do you think they have a cheek for asking you to repay? |

not when its being delt with by a debt management company they have no right to harass at all thats the law

not when its being delt with by a debt management company they have no right to harass at all thats the law

not a case of not wanting to pay i cant pay there is a difference if you remember or have followed any of my threads i was homeless at the new year i have got myself somewhere to live but i ended up in the crap with money because of becoming homeless |
