St0len some of your kids bright blue slushie/ice cream and forgotten all about it until the next morning when you have a small panic over why your poo is green?
It's certainly one way to wake up in the morning.
What's the most interesting colour your poo has been? |

"Who looks at their poo? when it’s gone, it’s gone! "

If I've learned anything over the last month or so is that I will periodically check my poo.
I come across dog poo every day and a quick glance at my daily poo is worth it. |

As somebody that has lost people to colon and bowel cancer, I'd advise to check it periodically. Don't spend your life worrying but check it fairly regular, a consistent difference in appearance is a good warning sign that something may be not right. |

Absolutely. While this thread was meant lightheartedly, it is actually very important to keep an eye on things. And I speak as someone with bowel disease. Red bloody poo is the worst colour in my experience |

Although it's not quite the same, I found my dog with red poo and it was very concerning. I later remembered she scoffed a load of beetroot the day before. |

It's very important to look at your poo, to see if there is any change in it, such as blood, this is so important especially in the over 50's or any age in fact. When you get that 50th birthday gift from the NHS important to do this test. Believe me I know |

I take beetroot shots before races. 2 of these concentrated little gems.
Funnily enough taste like tomato soup.
Anyway I often forget I've had them before the race and while going for last drops I've freaked the guys in the urinals next to me ' dude are you ok? You're pissing blood!' Lol |

They were yellow and blue.
If I remember right, then they came out green.
