After 16 years I’ve handed my notice in . The stress and workload has finally broken me . Feel like a huge weight lifted off my shoulders.

I’m teaching English right now but it’s online and I enjoy it very much.
A few years ago I was talking to a teacher and asked him what he taught meaning subject but his reply made me laugh when he said BARSTARDS.

Good luck ! I know a few teachers who quit after 20 years on health/stress are now living their best life’s and such they did it sooner
Sone are teaching foreign students online, one started a staff recruitment company for uk schools, others work for exam and standards setting boards as consultants because it qualifies for teacher pension continuation. |
