Maybe the issue is a failing economic system that claims to require mass employment, whilst also utilising unemployment to prevent salary inflation? With no viable plan to deal with automation.
Leaving labour resources underutilized, whilst our public services and infrastructure declines.
Or maybe it's because some people fleeing a war-torn country want to work. And will stack shelves even though they've got 3 degrees and speak 5 languages, because it's the only job they can get as they have a bit of an accent and a bunch of ignorant twats think that means they aren't intelligent. |
