Mine are hyperextended. Knees matter for the rest of your locomotor bits to function normally.

I should be kinder to mine really though I'd appreciate them more if they didn't crunch, ache and look like they've been inherited from a rugby player...

I went to see the Dr about something and as soon as I entered the room he commented on my knee as it makes a great clicking noise, but tgat was not why I'd gone to see him. He didn't offer a solution for the knee, just advised against running on pavements and noted it'll get worse with age.

Suffice it to say, I don't often go to see the Dr.

Without the ability to duck, she cannot suck.

Look after them, you’ll be surprised how delicate they really are, and when after all the abuse you have put them through they start to ache you’ll realise that you have taken better care of them.

I speak from experience, having just had total knee replacement surgery and it hurts like a bitch and my future mobility is somewhat compromised

I'm 7 weeks post op for a total knee replacement here and am up and running fine business - well skip the running bit for a while but really pleased with the difference it's made to my mobility and looking forwards to giving it a good work out if you know what I mean.
