And there was me thinking all these metrosexual men will be rushing to tell us what they had done or might do in the future. Perhaps I should include everyone. Are you for a bit of nic and tuck or do you think that is vain. For the record I had none but so a programme recently talking about a huge increase of men in UK opting for a little bit or that and was curious what other guys hete think. |

Exactly, I would have thought there would have been at least a post a minute  I think I might do bits of non invasive stuff but not surgery Though anything that improves oeople's confidence and hapiness is good. |

I'm also a massive wuss scared of pain or anything going wrong so know I'd be unlikely to take the plunge really. |

I’d get the hair transplant want to soon to be honest as it fucks my confidence up a lot. Would also like the scar where I had to have a shit bag temporarily after surgery fixed it’s ugly to start with then I herniated it slightly and now it’s even uglier |

I know someone who had a hair transplant and it was amazing to see the positive effect it had on their confidence. I hope you manage to get that and to see to the scar if it bothers you. All the best with that.  |

Can I be an 'everyone'?
I wouldn't get any surgery or BOTOX or anything like that because I'm too scared. If there was a cheap, painless and quick way to just firm it all up a bit I'd happily do it but otherwise I'll drag myself about as I am  |

Lol, nothing will be very cheap I am sure but I don't really know. I think we could all do with a bit of firming up. Let me know if you come across anything and will do likewise. |
