It's Thursday so we are allowed!!
Got a wink from a local couple who were in text a good match. They had no pictures public or private. But looked interesting anyway. So we winked back.
Next we got a friend invite. Which we were not overly happy about as we sort of expected a message.
Still interested in the profile we decided to send a message. We explained we only add people to the friends list if we are intending to meet and that we sort of expected a message from them as they winked first.
Guess what. No reply!
Just so don't get the wink protocol! |

Dont waste another moment .they have an intresting profile and no pics cos they fake .thats easy to do isn't it? To have one with the pics that's hard.you look hot go for people who are teal that you can meet.poppyxx

I know you can't insult people in pm's as you get a slapped bottie but if I was a couple or a female I would have a pic of a used tampon to send as it conveys a dissatisfied state of mind.  |

I agree. Some guys just wink, when I wink back no message but another wink ???
I then obviously ignore, if they are too lazy to send a message, I dread to think what they'd be like in the bedroom !!!  |

I like winks and I totally get what you're saying, but people do think differently and if there is one thing you can rely on on Fab it's to expect nothing  that way anything else is a bonus

I suppose when its a couple you're dealing with two people. So one half might have winked then sent a friends invite, then when the other logged on they were probably wondering who you were. No history tells us who we've winked at etc, just who winks at us.

I wink usually to see if any interest quite simply because no doubt they as couples or single females will get lots of message. I never ever send friend request to folk even if been messaging a while without asking first. Its good manners which some sadly do not have. |

The way i see it is someone "winks" me they must/might be interested; so i message back - if no reply, i then wonder why they bothered lol
as for friends requests - i went through a phase where i accepted near all friends requests; then chatted - but now its defiantly the other way round; as so many just sit there on your friends list but are in active |

They didn't make the block list, wasn't that annoying. Made the ignore list though  which is a shame as the profile was interesting, and they were verified in person so possibly genuine
Going to go back to ignoring Winks and only checking PM's as Fabio would say the sites tools can be used however the site member wants, we choose the bulk delete tool |

We have had this they wink end message saying thanks for the winknan short message then you get nothing back,or we had couple send wink and frein request when havent spoken an on there profile it says dont freind request if we havent spoken doh practice what you preach xx |

My current rant about laziness is aimed at the people in chatrooms who repeatedly post a smiley. A 'horny' smiley or whatever only tells me you can't type, and won't be much of a chat let alone a meet. |
