Ran out of messages?

After chatting for a while and emails exchanged and pretty much as soon as exchanged she says she has ran out of messages does this actually happen?

As far as I'm aware if you are verified your number of messages wont/shouldnt run out and unverified have a limit. Don't know if it changed

yeah got a message saying if you verify your pic or become a support you have unlimited messages also explained it was to cut down on spammers
