...nothing helps me wind down more than some chamomile tea with almond milk and a little nutmeg (well, given that I'm too tired to even have sex;p). I know it's weird but it's just my favourite little comfort thing.
What helps you to relax?

I'll try and see if there's any research out supporting that theory but let me tell you, based on simple common sense the prognosis ain't so rosy...! Haha. |

Already looked into it. The results aee as follows.
No scientific paper has ever been published relating or suggesting that crack has any positive benefits toward the aid of a restful nights sleep. Superhands swears by it though. Nuff said x |
