Hotel special requests?

You know when you book a hotel and at the bottom it asks for any special requests, I like to ask for a random framed photo to be in my room.

On Friday, I have asked the hotel I am staying at for a picture of Julia Roberts and Richard Gere from pretty woman to be in the room when I get there.

Anyone else do stupid requests like this for fun?

Can’t say I ever have, no. Has it ever worked out for you?

Newcastle

I'm guessing the special requests would be breakfast brought to your room by a naked lady

Depends on who you're meeting with, but writing "unicorn" might bring pleasant surprises

I have asked for things before and some have actually done it and some haven't so it's a bit of a mixed bag.

I was due to be staying in a 5 star hotel in Munich earlier in the year and asked if they could put a framed photo of the last champions league winning bayer Munich squad in there and they said they could.

Unfortunately German strikes put paid to that visit and I never found out if the had or not.

I've got a few hotels lined up with Christmas coming up and have asked for the same thing in each one to see who does the best.

Clean sheets would be nice,…or even the room that I had booked

I guess I should try 5 star hotels in Munich…..
