Generalisation, but I think in general I get along best with folk around my own age, or at least with similar interests.

How about you? Don’t fetishise youth, prefer experience, sit in the middle, or don’t really care?

Definitely not inspired by tags on xhamster.

I'd always thought it was older, as in at least ten years older men, younger women.

The past few months I've really discovered that's not the case. I think for me it's more about who I click with. Maybe I'm finally over my daddy issues.

I'm only interested in chatting to those on a similar journey to my own which is usually women in their 40s and 50s.

I've no interest in anyone younger than that regardless of their experience or demeanour simply because I have kids in their early 30s and as such I have a 10 year buffer.

I don't care socially, I like to talk to people of all ages. I tend to get along best with people who are receptive to all ideas and opinions and least with the ones who are set in their ways and won't even try and understand others.

Just a guideline Nora. It's more about the connection

Yes i find on the whole it works best with men around my age. The young are flakey and too much older means that problems are more likely.

I used to go for older women on here, now I still like them but wouldn't mind a woman in her 20s also

I think it's more about maturity for us. People of all ages can be mature or immature. We like the mature ones rather than people of a particular age. Good banter is more important than age too.

We pretty much stick to our own age group, robbing the cradle isn't for either of us although we will go a bit older if the attraction is rhere.

Most of my friends are younger. My fab meets tend to be at polar ends 24-34 and 54-64.

I don’t seem to attract the ladies in between.

Most of the people I get on with are around 10 or more years younger, my closest friends are all in their 30s, 33-38, but I've known the younger ones since late 20s.

I think having my son young, and him being a young adult keeps me young. I often feel I don't have much in common with people my age, they're mostly married with families.

I've tend to get on better with women older than I am and sometimes the odd more mature younger ones but I attract people from a large age range.

Oh... On here I always meet younger, there's nearly always some common ground despite the age difference.
