Out of interest there is an equivalent post in the forums on FabGuys and I was interested to see if there was a lot of difference in responses shown here, so the question posed was:
I don’t think I know what that (kinky) is anymore as most guys seem pretty open minded and so I thought you guys could help me figure out where vanilla ends and kink starts? |

Oh and to get things started my response was:
Probably a lot of the stuff in bdsm that hasn't become mainstream (yet?). My first thought went to sounding, e-stim and vacuum milking, especially if you manage all three simultaneously, which I understand is possible. |

Thank you Diamondsmiles and PreyToTheFairies the fact that it varies from person to person is partly why I am interested. If it didn't it would be a far less interesting question. It is one I am actually expecting a lot of variance on as I would imagine with have quiet a diverse range of experiences across the fourm users. |

Vanilla ends and kinky starts wherever each individual puts those flags. It's only a matter of perception.
I don't actively think of anything I do as kinky, because it's just normal happy fun for me. But I know there are people who think it's on the extreme end.
To be fair. I think I only ever use the word kinky when I'm taking the piss. Or saying your kink is not my kink I guess.
It's one of those words that just bugs me. Like tabboo or forbidden fruit style language use. Fuck that shit. Do the fun things because they're fun, not because they're some variation of 'naughty.' |

Sorry I didn't mean to pick on sometging that bugs people. I am very happy for consenting people to do what they enjoy, perhaps with the proviso that I struggle a bit with the things that cause lasting scarring, but is just one of my limits. |
