More seriously, any modern SUV where there is no actual boot separate from the passenger area is your starting point. Seats now all tend to fold down, I refer to the rear seats.
The market for "tents" or similar attachments to the rear of vehicles is quite extensive.
Actual mobile campers can become extremely costly even if private conversions and you have to be careful or inventive when it comes to the DVLA when it comes to the classification of the vehicle, this however is a bit in-depth and I think you want to keep it simple as to your daily runner and using it for weekends away.
