But for tea I’m having tuna sandwich and crisps, has my tea at lunch today because I’m a Fucking rebel and clearly a delight, but what’s on your table tonight, also marks out of ten if you say your missus and you are going to devour everything in front of you

Ohhh a half upside down day!

No cereals for tea tonight, so no upside down day for me. Instead I made a beef stew with mash and broccoli. I didn't burn the stew or boil the potatoes dry so they stick at the bottom of the pan. So in my books it was a win win
