Cut in half, blanch in boiling water then pan fry with garlic and bacon
Par boil, sprinkler with salt, pepper, chilli and Chinese 5 spice.
When cold, dip in batter and deep fry. Serve with ginger and soy dipping sauce.
As above, but change spices for curry powder, tumeric and coriander. Sprout pakora. |

No, the one that compliments it when you don’t go over the top with the additions
If I wanted plain sprouts I’d do them, I prefer adding to them personally |
