I wonder what the legality of it is. On one hand, whatever is going on is happening on your property but on the other hand, what if one of the houses overlooking your house is a child's bedroom? I'm not challenging anything, but genuinely curious. |

My understanding is that I’d it can be seen by the general public it’s under the Everyman test which would make it public obscenity. |
