He published them himself on a website called “guys with iPhones” a few years ago.

If he did (and he denies it) that doesn't give the press the right to publish them. "
If he’s put it in the public domain and agreed to the terms of service then yes, the press can buy the rights . Also if it’s in the public interest, they can again publish.
But let’s be clear he totally did post them himself. I’ve been reading and there’s tons of men who are referencing speaking to him on there and other sites. No judgement here - he looks great. |

I think he's doing what I would do and trying plausible deniability.
I just think how any of us would feel in his position.

You'll be ok with people showing your Fab pics round the pub/ posting on multiple public websites then.  |
