I've been told to limber up and stretch in preparation. 
I think that means sprawling on the couch and eating Frazzles whilst watching Netflix. That counts if I move my legs from the coffee table to the couch right? |

Just been gym and had post training meal of 125g coco pops mixed with a pint of whole milk and 300ml orange juice. Now will chill on cooch find a film and have the big bag of flame grilled steak flavour crisps picked up on way home |

Going down to the VFW have a few drinks with the USMC crayon eaters. It's their Birthday hubby and I always go it's fun. Today in history The United States Marine corps was born. Now being Army I get to go dress sexy and if I get hit on. I just tell them not interested. Army leads the way. It's so much fun. I love the insulting behavior but with respect. |
