I'm off work today, yet I'm awake before 7am. I don't need to be. I didn't get to sleep til fuck knows deep in to the am. And zero signs of falling back to sleep.  |

Thank you! I've decided going to the gym/using weights when I'm feeling rather... overthinky or stressed is a far better way of spending that energy. Most of the time.
