I don't know if it's a symptom of the dark and cold nights but I've recently felt like I have no energy all the time.
Used to be good but it seems like my get up and go has got up and went. Anyone else feeling a bit sluggish? |

Not at the moment but I do sometimes. Usually just as I start to think I ought to get checked at the quacks I begin to feel better.
How do you feel emotionally? Has anything changed for you recently? |

Various things going on behind the scenes but thats been going on for a while anyway.
Might just be the Christmas run up. It's starting to get real! |
