Have you ever been in a situation where you know your right, you are not being taken seriously or listened to, but then something happens and it's in your favour?
To give context briefly, I have been reporting ASB for a very long time. I've informed landlord the effect on my mental health and had no support or resolve. A person from the landlord has sent me an email....breaching data protection on a neighbour I have reported....I know it sounds low but I now have ammunition

"What are you planning to do with the information? Because I can't see a way that having it actually helps?"
I have the proof to make the complaint against the employee who ignores my reports but actively helps the neighbours that cause the chaos. That's what the email contains. |
