1970 (before my intro to modern musice - only got back to England in 1973 from some third world country where we had no electricity let alone TV).

Google tells me the Temptations did it in the 1960s too!

Google tells me the Temptations did it in the 1960s too!"

The Temptations are one of my favourites. Papa was a rolling stone...excellent
